My October 23rd Reflection

 Today in class Mr Rease assigned us a consecutive group project to work on regarding Literature Circle Roles. Each group member took a turn in reading the short story Antojos, by Julia Alvarez. I read about a girl who returns to her home of the Dominican Republic and learns of her true culture. Although it was a decent read, Antojos didn’t quite keep my attention as well as The Myth Of The Latin Woman did.
