 I was absent today in class.

 Today in class we started the period off watching the ending scene of Fences, an emotionally driven conclusion to a great novel. As a viewer you really feel for Bono, Rose, and Cory because of how much they dedicated themselves towards Troy. The second half of class was dedicated to our Fences assessment test. This test went fairly smooth for 10 multiple choice and 10 written response’s. 

 Today In class, Mr Rease Summarized the best techniques needed when applying for a job. He continued explaining why and how Metro-Atlanta job opportunities are consistent competition for anyone applying. I came to class fairly late, so i assume I also missed a portion of what was explained in class.

 Today as a class we finished reading the Novel Fences. I was expecting more of a dramatic ending but Cory telling his Mother he wouldn’t be attending Troy’s funeral was an emotionally satisfying conclusion. August Wilson really portrays the mental trauma Cory went through in his younger years stating “I felt like I was being followed by a shadow everywhere I went in the house.”

 Mr Rease was absent today and our sub assigned us comprehension questions to finish. We didnt read Fences today but we’ll be continuing our reading tomorrow morning. Im looking forward to the rest of my day and week.

 As a class we didnt read Fences today but will continue reading Monday. I took the “For The Love Of Books” literacy quiz today and believe I did quite well today. Eager for what this Weekend has planned.

 Today in class we continued reading fences again. As a class we read from act two and later stopped at act 4 pages 20-50. The book continues to get better the more I read and im excited to read whats next. After we finished act 3, we watched a short movie clip of a scene from the book.

 Today in class we continued to read the Novel Fences and discuss what we read. As a class we read from pages 10-20 finishing act one. Troy continues to shock and entertain me as a reader.

 Today as a class we started reading the novel Fences. Each character had their unique moments of comedy and interesting use of dialogue. I watched the movie version of Fences a while back which gives me minimal knowledge regarding the story.
